"the case is closed" So says who? the AG or the law?

The Attorney-General’s Chambers has declared that "There will be no further investigations on private investigator P Balasubramaniam’s conflicting statutory declarations (SDs) as the case is now closed." The Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department also said that "the decision to close the case was made after “careful consideration” of the results of the police probe and witness statements."
So easy as that ka? and what careful consideration is he talking about? Under Section 199 of the Penal Code for providing “false statements.” those who provide false imformation are liable to a maximum jail term of three years and a fine.
Someone has broken the law, (Bala for one for providing contradictory SD, so one must be false), and prominant people had been implicated and the AG can conveniently say the case is closed. Who the hell does he think he is? Is there no rule anymore? So you can simply switch off and say no case if the the case does not run in favour of the umnos, your boss or your cronies. What the hell is this country coming to? Come the 13 GE, use your vote to vote the these criminals out, and when Pakatan takes over Putrajaya, the AG and all his cronies can be hauled up for crimes against humanity and just laws.
