I read in Haris latest blog ( Returning the Judiciary to the Rakyat at http://harismibrahim.wordpress.com/) that he has decided to hang up his robes, cease his legal practice and to devote his time working with the rakyat in the coming months to establish a new government with a reform-minded prime minister after the 13th General Election.
I truly empathise with the agony and frustration that he is going through resulting in his decision to hang up his robes and to cease legal practice in this hoplessley decadent judiciary system. Reading in between the lines, I can feel your sadness of how your lofty ideals of a noble profession being crushed and demolished by our incompetent and illiterate judges. Indeed there is no justice at all, especially for the ordinary rakyat. I salute you for your stand. When a new fair and just government takes over, we pray that you will come back and help put all these spineless judges where they truly belong - in jail.
