The BN still figuring why the Chinese do not support them

How many times do we need to say this and where have all the MCA and UMNO people parked their brains? The MAC president attributed the loss of Chinese support in the Hule Selangor by-election to internal sabotaging. He then consoled himself by saying that that Chinese support had not fallen from 35% to 14 % but had actually risen from 14% to 28 %. What shit is he talking about? This is something new! Then the Perkasa head monkey blamed the MCA for not being able to rally the Chinese support. First he wanted Najib to withhold the pledges made and then he demanded that the Chinese be grateful. Ibrahim, I normally do not use harsh words in my blog, but with people like you around, its a pleasure to use them on you. So you can go to hell, and it will be over my dead body if I am to be grateful to your kind of Malays. There are many Malays that I am grateful to, such as Raja Petra, Haris Ibrahim, Art Harun and most of all, our beloved Tunku Abdul Rahman. Yes, I really miss him, especially at such times.
Stop looking further than your nose the reasons for the lack of Chinese support. They are right infront of you, but you in Perkasa and the MCA refused to see them. Let me repeat, think the lob-sided persecution and prosecution by the police, macc and the judiciary. Think Teoh Beng Hock, think Lingam, think Perak, think Kugan, think, think, think, if you still have your brains. We Chinese are not easily bought and we Chinese dont forget easily.

All Empty Talks.

These umno guys are really good at play acting. Take the case of the two former Perak Parti Keadailan Rakyat state exco members. The MACC chief Abu Kassim expressed shock and surprise that a prima facia case couldn't be proven even though there were strong evidences to prosecute. He was confident of winning the case against the two exco members and had even said that "we will lose this case over my dead body and that we will win". Such was his confidence. But then he did not count on the control of umno over the judiciary. NO, no, I shouldn't have said that. How can he not know that the judiciary is already bias. This is what I call play acting.
Then there is this case against the PM who doled out millions to the voters in the Hulu Selangor by-election. He claimed its for long over due development. Ok we can accept that with a pinch of salt, but what about the 3 million promised to a Chinese primary school, SRJK(c) Rasa? The PM had practically confessed to this crime when he declared “If we win this by-election, you can come to Kuala Lumpur the next day to look for me. I will write a personal letter to approve the money and it will be transferred to the school board’s account. If we lose, don’t have to come.” He further promised the Chinese-majority voters in Kampung Hassan that the Barisan Nasional government would build 200 low-cost housing for them if the BN candidate wins the by-election. What more does the macc need?
So all these talk about wanting to fight corruption, declaring war on bribe-givers and assuring "the media that all is being done to bring in the 'big fish' " is just EMPTY TALK.

PM-Millions given out NOT to buy votes

The PM denied having paid millions to buy votes at the recently concluded HS by-election which was won by the BN. He claimed that they are for projects which have been out-standing for a long time. Yeah right Mr. PM. You may be able to fool the innocent rural and felda scheme folks, but you can't hook-wink us with your stupid explanations. Do you take us to be fools to be so gullible as to swallow your explanations that the money you doled out is not to buy votes. If it is true, then this must be a perfect coincidence.
Now again you want to have a post-mortem to find out why the Chinese are not voting for the BN. How can you be so stupid not to know the reasons, even at this stage. Maybe a few names and issues will jolt your memories. Think Perkasa and Ibrahim Ali. The more Ali opens his mouth, the more Chinese voters will leave BN. To add insult to injury, he has accused the Chinese for not being grateful after being given all the goodies. Who do you think we are, beggars, kah? Do you think you can buy our honour, our loyalty, our pride? Sheeeeah! The money you give out are after all our money, not umno's money.
Remember Teoh Beng Hock's case, remember the 2 Perak frogs who were discharged without the defence being called, remember the Perak fiasco, the judiciary, the macc, the police and many, many more. If the umno wants to do post-mortem, then include these in their agendas. What does it need to get these into the numbskulls of the umnos?

BN Wins but a Hollow Victory

Yes BN has won in the Hulu Selangor by-election, but its definately a hollow victory. With the use all the government machinary to go into battle, including millions of ringgit of tax-payers money being given away as incentives, it would have been a big loss of face for BN to lose. The actual amount had reportedly been in the region of at least RM51 million. So much so that some quarters have described this particular election as a “buy-election”. It is also a hollow victory because of the chicanery that was carried out by the EC.  Without being informed, a large block of voters had their polling stations relocated and this  matter was only publicly revealed by the PR election team. The relocation of voters from one polling station to another without unforming the voters is in itself a manipulation and fraud, but how do you explain when a person is relocated out of the constituency and into another state in the north? A husband and wife team was one of the earliest to arrive at their polling station where they had cast their vote in the last GE. However this time, only the husband's name was registered at the polling station. On checking with the PR team, she found she has been relocated to Penang. What nonsence is this? Are we to just accept this manipulation? Where is the rule to protect our rights? So what glory is there in this victory for the BN? It is utter shame.
Now that the BN has won, let's see how far they are going to keep their promises to those who never learn their lessons.  But first let the Rasa Chinese Primary School call on the PM tomorrow to claim the RM3 million he has promised if BN wins.

COLLABORATION, THAT’S WHAT WE NEED

He used ONE smooth pebble, put it in his sling and swung it towards Goliath, striking him square in his forehead (just underneath his helmet armour). That was how tiny David took out Goliath, a beast of a man that tormented his enemies by his sheer physique and presence.

Everyone said it was impossible to take him on, until ‘naïve’ little David proved them wrong.
What needs to be pointed out in relation to our current situation is David used ONE pebble. You did not see him throw a basket or bag of stones hoping that it will hit somewhere unprotected by armour, hoping it will hit one of Goliath’s vital organs. Statistically, killing Goliath with one pebble would most likely not happen. The odds are against the disadvantaged David.

Coming back to the present, there is a lot of enthusiasm in the air right now and a lot of us who are revving our engines furiously, waiting anxiously to take off, do something, anything to bring about change in our community and country.
We are equally as excited and anxious to launch too. However we realize that our actions and plans will be futile without collaboration, without working as one with others. I think it has been way too long that us Malaysians have not worked together properly that we have missed what true collaboration means. Again the purpose and reason for the collaboration is the cause, nothing more, nothing less. That means putting all our resources, people, time, effort and plans together to reach our common goal in the most efficient way possible.
Collaboration certainly does not mean, "I’ll do my own thing, I scratch your back, you scratch mine”. This is what we have been doing, and this is what got us in this mess in the first place. We are a divided people not because certain forces have made it that way; it is simply because we cannot work together for the bigger cause. We are short sighted and blinded by our doubt and mistrust towards our neighbors, those weaknesses were just exploited by the forces. Yes! We gave them a weakness, they took advantage of it!
Collaboration can only work with trust; no team can function without trust. Believing that the other has your back is vital and key to a successful collaboration. There is no time to doubt one another’s loyalty to the cause. Remember, it is the cause, that we are fighting for. When a person acts against another who is in the cause, it is the cause that will suffer. And in this case, it is our aim (as a nation) to register our brothers and sisters as voters so that they will have a voice for their choice.
Let us for once, put all our hands together and make something EPIC happen in this nation. Let us as people with pride rise up once again as 1Malaysia for a common cause.
We realize that we do not want to be one of the stones tossed at random to achieve effectiveness based on luck. We want to join hands with all of you who have a heart for this nation, a mind with brilliant ideas and hands which are opened to hold ours. Let us all be that one stone, sharing that one sling, tossed with no hesitance, no wastages, only a focus that will get us to our future. Let us together slay the target, that big giant, which is our past doubts and skepticism.
We have set a target of 2 million and we are calling all of you out there who share the same mission to register voters to work together not FOR us, but WITH us.

The date has been set, 8th May 2010 is the day we VOICE our CHOICE to be one.

Muhyddin and his Lies

Can you believe this? The DPM, in rallying support for the BN candidate in the Hulu Selangor by-election, had spared no effort in spewing out lies after lies.
1) One of the reasons Malaysia attained such a high stature in the international arena was because the government gave fair opportunities to all races in the country to succeed and become wealthy.
2) We in the Barisan Nasional don’t bluff.
3) We do not steal from the Chinese and give to the others. Under the BN government,  we give equal opportunity to all.
I wonder why so many have left the country
Not enough with his lies, he then went on to praise the Chinese. How often have we read of such praises?
a) Malaysia’s development was due to the hard work of all the races in the country, including the Chinese community.
b) Nobody can deny that the Chinese have contributed to the development of this country, especially in terms of the economy. They work hard and enjoy the returns of their hard work.
c) The Chinese community, especially in business, should be emulated by all the other races in the country.
I don't know about you out there, but I am getting goose pimples reading the lies and my ego is about to burst with all those praises. I wonder what Ibrahim Ali will say about all these praises. See, he's not heard off. Probably told to shut up until after the result is announced, and the Chinese and Indians will receive the full force of his condemnation, and Muhyddin will go back to his Malay first, then Malaysian rhetorics.

TV Producer Resigns after complaints from PM's wife

Producer Joshua Wong has resigned as producer for ntv7's talk show 'Editor's Time'. over what he claimed to be “overzealous self-censorship and government interference”.The complaints which came after the airing the programme's Kuala Lumpur roadshow (March 19) and Penang roadshow (April 8),  had come from the Prime Minister's Department and the First Lady (Rosmah Mansor). Read the full report and exposure here  and here.
First, it is now confirmed that there are 2 PMs. in Malaysia, and from the above, we know who is in control.
Secondly, as long as umno is in control, no one is allowed to do an honest job. You have to sweep the truth under the carpet and lie whatever that is above it.
Joshua has indeed shown that there are still professionals of intergrity in our land and by his action, he has gained the respect of all right thinking Malaysians.
We on our part should now consider some kind of boycott of the the TV channels owned by Umno-linked Media Prima, as we have done to some of the major newspapers.

Pos Malaysia to Increase Rates

Pos Malaysia will increase its domestic postal rates from 1st. July 2010 in its strategy to improve productivity and efficiency. This means that a standard mail weighing up to 20 grams will be increased from 30 sen to 60 sen,( a 100% increase) and for up to 50 grams, it will be revised from 40 sen to 70 sen. Its group managing director/chief executive officer Datuk Syed Faisal Albar said the increase would provide additional funds for the company to provide better services on par with international best practices. So  its efficiency and services have been sucks all along. No wonder I have lost my entitlement for rights issues of shares. There was never this problem before, but lately I have been told by my remisiers that many share holders had complained that they did not receive their entitlements. Obviously Pos Malaysia fouled up and did not deliver.  And with numerous complaints about late mails, damaged parcels, loss mails and many others, what justification has Pos Malaysia for raising its rates? Just because it has not increased its rates since 1992? Just because it's rate is the second lowest in Asean after Thailand? Why  not compare quality of service?
Syed Faisal also said “The restructuring of the salary for postmen and counter clerks will be done concurrently with the increase in postal rates.” Shouldn't it be the other way round? - improve efficiency first followed by increase in salary as an incentive or reward. But now that the increase has been promised, what is there to strive for? Do also get, don't do also get.

Dr. Pornrhip is pressured not to testify in the Teoh Beng Hock's case.

The Selangor government has confirmed that its forensic expert Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand will not testify in the Teoh Beng Hock inquest when it resumes on April 20. The Director-general of the Bangkok-based Central institute of Forensic Science (CIFS) has pulled out, citing “political pressure” from Putrajaya that could affect her work in southern Thailand.
However, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz has called her a liar over her claims that the Malaysian government exercised "political pressure" to stop her from testifying. He also accused her of lying (read here) in the inquest. Lying about what? Are you accusing her of lying about her findings as a pathalogist? Are you a pathologist to know that she was lying? Please stick to what you know.
Coming on the heels of the Hulu Selangor by-election, this sudden revelation of political pressure only confirms that there are hidden hands behind the issue. By intimidating Dr Pornthip and indirectly, preventing her from entering the country, the UMNO government has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that this UMNO government is as guilty as hell. The people of Hulu Selangor must open their eyes to see the crime which the govt. is trying to conceal.
Secondly if Nazri claims that Dr. Pornthip is lying about her safety, then he should first  make a ministerial statement in Parliament tomorrow over this "scandalous and outrageous development", as suggested by YB Lim Kit Siang and then follow up with a
guarantee of a safe conduct, in and out of the country. With these two actions, you may gain back some credibility.
People of Hulu Selangor - Time to wake up and stand tall.

To the Residents of Hulu Selangor - Wake up for your future generation.

According to a random interview (read here) conducted by Clara Chooi of Malaysian Insider, the Hulu Selangor residents have high regards for the former MB, aka Mike Tyson. The MI claimed that voters on both camps, BN and Pakatan Rakyat want Muhammad as their MP. and that the faces of villagers lit up with smiles at the mere mention of his name. His popularity did not just end with the Malay community as even the Chinese and the Indians all rush out to greet him when he comes for functions.
Responses like  "If it is Mat Taib, the BN does not even need to campaign at all, he will win without question", "even the fence sitters will jump off the fence for him" and "no PKR candidate would stand a chance against a Mat Taib candidacy."
If this is a campaign piece for the BN by Clara, I must admit it will win some browny points. But if it is a genuine and balanced survey, then the residents of Hulu Selangor need to wake up.
That's the trouble with rural folks. They don't bother about the man's intergrity (caught with his pants down in Australia), they don't bother about his image in the world stage (cannot read English, so cannot speak as well) and they don't bother about the corrupt party he represents and how he accumulated his wealth as long as they are given little crumbs. Helping the rakyat in any form is not an option, whether you are a CM, Adun or MP. It is more important to be a man of intergrity, to fight for justice and to uphold the rule of law.
But I suppose that is the kind of Kampong mentality that is prevalent among the rural folks. Let the outside world, including matters outside Hulu Selangor, roll on, as long as the people of Hulu Selangor get some left-overs. If only these simple minded folks can add up the figures and realise what they are getting is but a drop in the mighty ocean of umno wealth.
So the people of Hulu Selangor are in favour of an Umno/BN candidate, thereby forgetting all the injustice, selective persecution and prosecution skilfully manipulated by the tainted police, macc and even the judiciary. So they are going to forget and maybe even forgive Perkasa for calling the non-Malays sh*t 3 times and further claimed that they have sacrificed a lot. So let them get away with accusing the Chinese  as prostitutes and the Indians as rubber tappers and labelling us as 'pendatangs'.
Before you put the cross on the ballot paper, think of these. Hold up your head high,  don't be satisfied with crumbs and think of your future generations.

Umno can only survive on racial Agenda.

At the Selangor BN Convention held recently, two statements made highlighted the instability and ignorance of the umno Malay leaders, which in turn reflects the type of government we have.
The first one was uttered by Selangor Deputy BN chief, Nor Omar in his keynote address, in which he alluded that non-Malays should be grateful that they were granted Malaysian citizenship. So how do you want us to be grateful? ? Cannot ask for equal opportunities? Cannot say anything against the umno malays even if they have done wrong? Let you walk all over us? So you want us to kow-tow to you everytime we meet? Over my dead body! I am 70+ now and I may have taught some who are now ministers and leaders in various fields. I have done my part to bring Malaysia to where it is today, and dont you dare ask me to be grateful to you. How about you showing gratitude to all the non-malay teachers who were responsible in producing the Malay leaders you are having now?

The second statement was made by the scumbag Ridhuan Tee Abdullah,  who was allowed to take to the stage and tell Malaysians of his distorted idea of history and race.
He had said "When this country was formed, there was only one race. And this fact has to be respected, you have to respect us (Malays) for that."
I studied History, got distinction for my History and I taught History, but to correct this maggot about who was the original and only one race in this land will be a total waste of time.
The next part is better. He said that we " have to respect us (Malays) for that."
Mr. Tee (an original Chinese with distinctive Chinese DNA) said "respect US (Malays)"  himself inclusive. Nothing is more abhorrent than  a non-Malay tryng to be more Malay. I would have given him the due respect if he had really practised his new religion with love and compassion for every human being, instead of showing dominance over the other races. Then he ended with "respect us for that"- "that" meaning that there was only one race (the Malays). I am stumped by his ignorance and stupidity.
I have pasted their mugs not to give them prominence, but to remind all right thinking Malaysians and their future generations who these people really are, that if there is racial disunity, these are the people that are causing it. Of course there are others, but their turn will come.
REMEMBER THIS WHEN YOU CAST YOUR VOTE AT HULU SELANGOR.

Voter Registration - A commendable Start.

I was at the Subang Parade on Sunday morning watching the EPIC team of young boys and girls enthusiastically going round encouraging shoppers to register to vote. The atmosphere was totally different from that found in Amcorp Mall. There was no need to play hide and seek with the management as the team was allowed complete freedom of movement. They were also allowed to put up banners and posters to publicise their drive. But the best cooperation from the management was their consent to allow their PA system to be used, at intervals, by the team to announce their campaign. The EPIC team was also given a prominent place to set up their centre. This is what I call working together to serve the community, and the Subang Parade management must be commended for their cooperation.
Meanwhile the final score is as below, Subang parade : 357
                                                         Amcorp Mall    : 183
                                                         Cineleisure        : 481
TOTAL of newly registered voters : 1021

Voter Registration hampered by uncooperative AMCORP Mall Management.

The Voting registration carried out by memberss of EPIC at Amcorp Mall started off well. However after about half an hour into the drive, the management began to hassle the team of young boys and girls, some of whom were from the local universities. They were not allowed to go round to canvas, they were not allowed to put up banners, but were to strictly confine themselves to a out-of-the-way corner on the second floor. They were not even allowed to stand in strategic locations to guide the people to their corner. This registration drive is not a business venture. They did not compete with the other vendors to sell anything. It is strictly a community service, rendered voluntarily and sacrificially by these young boys and girls who have more sense of responsibilties than the matured adults of Amcorp Mall. And above all, they are not aligned to any polical party. It really defied all logic why the management flatly and arrogantly disallowed the Epic team to carry out their task effectively. They even issued a last warning to the team to follow their rules or they would not allow the team to operate the next day. I wonder whether it is unpatriotic to put obstacles or even discourage the rakyat from registering as voters?

Isn't PPMM's remark Seditious?

The following Umno groups made police reports against Karpal Singh for insulting the institution of rulers.
  1) Penang Umno Youth, represented by Balik Pulau Umno division Youth chief, Azian Ariffin.
2) Gagasan Pemuda Wawasan Bayan Baru led by its chairman, Shujur Zainal Abidin
3) Persekutuan Silat Kebangsaan (Pesaka) Pulau Pinang.
4) Six Kedah Umno Divisions of Sungai Petani. (Sik, Merbuk, Jerai, Padang Serai,        Kulim Bandar Bahru & Sungei Petani)
 5) 4 Umno divisions in Alor Setar (Padang Terap, Pokok Sena, Pendang & Alor Setar))
 6) The Tenggaara Umno division of Kota Tinggi represented by its youth chief, Abdul Halim Jalil
 7)  The Tebrau Umno division of Johore Baharu represented by Youth deputy chief Datuk Abdul Halim Sulaiman.
8) About 100 residents of several villages in Seri Medan in Batu Pahat gathered to voice displeasure at the DAP chairman before their leader, Azmi Rahim, made a police report .

Now the Malaysian Muslim Lawyers Association (PPMM) is questioning the legality of the Pahang Sultan's decision to commute Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno's caning sentence. Hey, isn't this the same crime as that of Karpal.
The Kedah Association of Royalty has called on the authorities to ban the entry of DAP chairman Karpal Singh to Perak for being rude to Sultan Azlan Shah and described Karpal's outlandish remarks as uncivilised and could influence others to make seditious remarks against the Rulers. So what goes round has really comes round. PPMM is questioning the authority of the King.  Isn't this seditious and trecherous?
Where are the voices of protests and reports from all the above umno groups? Running back into their various holes I suppose. I dare you to make reports on PPMM.
But I do want to commend and fully support the Sultan for making the right decision. It is his love and compassion for the welfare of his subjects that is the deciding factor, not any archaic law.

PM clearly states "Malaysian first, ...race second".

When Muhyddin said that he is Malay first and Malaysian second, he probably has forgotten the declaration spelt out in the 1Malaysia Government Transformation Programme Roadmap lauched by the Prime Minister at the end of January. The declaration clearly stipulates that the goal of 1 Malaysia is “to make Malaysia … a greater nation: a nation where, it is hoped, every Malaysian perceives himself or herself as Malaysian first, and by race, religion, geographical region or socio-economic background second and where the principles of 1Malaysia are woven into the economic, political and social fabric of society”.
He is either blatantly ignoring this declaration  or as Mahathir said "Melayu senang lupa".
But the saddest part is that the PM, in supporting this view said that "Being a Malay doesn't mean that you are against 1Malaysia or you don't think like a Malaysian".I doubt he knows what he is talking about, because he is supporting someone who contradicts his declaration, "as Malaysian first." Maybe he should also explain this to Ibrahim Ali and his Perkasa.
So given a choice, Muhyddin would fight for the Malay rights first (like Perkasa) and uphold the Malaysian constitution second. And we are going to have such a person who aspires to be the next PM of Malaysia.  Wake up all Malaysians.
