Will the genuine Muslims step forward to help?

No matter how one explains it, the umnos will never accept the explanations. Talk until the cows come home and umnos will still maintain its stance of  ketuanan Melayu, and every single issue will be turned into a religious and racial issue. That is the only way they can remain relevant and keep the rural Malays under their power.
Otherwise how do you explain that praying for the well-being of a non-muslim in a mosque is insensitive and insult to the muslims, in this case the umno muslims? Or how do you explain the anger of the umno muslims when a non-muslim went into the mosque to present donations to the mosque? Moreover she had been invited to do so. I thought such act would be welcomed. But we all know the issue was not the act itself, but it was being done by the Opposition.
In the past I know very little of the muslim faith. But after reading RPK's articles on the muslim religion, I mean the real muslim faith, I began to realise that it is indeed a beautiful religion. And I also now know that the umno muslims are not practising the faith as expounded by their prophet.
So at the end of the day, it is just plain useless and a waste of effort to appeal or cajole the umnos to stop their acts of religious and racial rhetorics. Now with Mahathir giving support to this racial politics, the conflict is set to escalate unless the PM walks his talk and reign in those responsible, starting with Utusan Melayu.

Johore Banner poser

It is really unbelievable that the police cannot identify and catch the culprits that put up the banners with pictures the sultan, Anwar and Chua Jui Meng. It is not just one banner but several, and presumably all large ones. With such an efficient police force, catching those responsible should not be a problem. Or are they only efficient in catching candle-light vigilers?  Under normal investigative procedure. the police would need to come up with possible theories for the crime. And one of them was the theory that the umno people themselves had put up the banner to sabotage the PKR. Had the police looked into this aspect? Anyway, it is very doubtful that the police are really interested in catching the culprits. Questioning Anwar and Jui Meng is just harrassment and sendiwara. Offer a reward and the police will be flooded with infos. and suspects.

MCA tryng to be Relevant Again.

What is the MCA President, Chua Soi Lek up to? He has started to speak up on matters that matter. While at it he has ruffled a few feathers in umno, including the DPM, Muhyiddin. But is he sincere? With the 13 GE coming up, this is one sure way of winning back some support for the MCA. But it is unlikely that the rakyat is so naive as to believe that MCA has changed. This may be a ploy to win back the support of the Chinese. Behind closed door negotiations might have taken place between the umnos and MCA to work out this plan to fool the public. So Mr. Chua, nothing short of a total withdrawal from the BN will convince us that the MCA has changed. So go ahead with your sandiwara and we will just enjoy the show. Thank you.

Tony Pua received a BULLET in the mail.

I knew it. I knew it would come, and sure enough it came in the form of a bullet in the mail for YB Tony Pua. Tony Pua is a threat to their existence. The umnos cannot afford to have Tony Pua running round and throwing out accusations with facts and figures that they cannot repudiate. On top of that, they know that the police and the judiciary are on their side, and the penalty, if caught, is  just a tap on the wrist. This has been proven in many past cases, such as the cowhead incident. The candlelight vigil was another case of double standard, where the protestors in Penang were arrested, but the umno gang which came to disrupt the peaceful protest, was let off. With such selective treatment and arrests, everyone, especially those aligned to umno, are gettng braver by the day.
Getting back to Tony's case, probably it is a blessing in disguise that this has happened instead of something more serious. A warning has been issued and we shall now hold umno responsible for any untoward incident that might befall Tony and his family. Let us rally round and look after him and his family. To those who are his neighbours, be more vigilent. As for us who are not your neighbours, we will pray for your safety and protection. No matter what, do not be cowed into submission. Take a leaf off from Saudara Lim Kit Siang, Kapal Singh or Lim Guan Eng. They shall go down in Malaysian history as real patriots. But we know what will happen to the graves of the corrupted umnos, mics and mcas.

Anwar's defence being stone-walled again.

Judge Dato Mohd. Zabidin Mohd. Diah
The guilt of an accused must be "proven beyond any reasonable doubt", but our judges dont seem to understand this. From what I understand of the law, if there is any reasonable doubt, an honest and rightious judge would throw out a case. So it is with Anwar's current sodomy case. Mohd.Saiful. the star witness, has now been accused of having an affair with Farah Azlina Latifa, a deputy public prosecutor and a member of the prosecutor's team.
Irrespective of any reason given by the DPP Mohd Hanafiah Zakaria, the perception is that the intergrity of the prosecution has been compromised. It is his words that Farah never had access to investigation papers. What else do you expect him to say? that they did have an affair? Anyway a reasonable doubt has been raised. And we all know how our umno lawyers and judges  do with the law. The fact that the judge had disallowed the two to be called to the stand to answer the alleged romantic affair is further indication that the judge had abused his power and the defence is again being stone-walled. Enough condemnation of our justice system has been made, and yet our CJ now brags that other countries are looking towards our system to emulate.(read here). Sure or not? or just siok sendiri saja.

"Justice" Azahar Mohamed

Introducing:
The Honourable Justice Dato' Azahar bin Mohamed DIMP, KMN
High Court Judge Kuala Lumpur (Commercial 5)
Appointed Judicial Commissioner on 1 August 2004.
Appointed High Court Judge on 21 December 2004.
"He was the prosecutor accused of fabricating false evidence against Anwar Ibrahim together with Gani Patail during the corruption trial in 1999 in the Zainur Zakaria vs Public Prosecutor case.

The Federal Court subsequently stated that there was a prima facie case justifying the application to disqualify these two prosecutors, noting that both had not denied the accusation at the material time. This statement has not been contradicted or challenged to date."
He was also the  judge who handed out the atrociously "double-standard" judgment in the Perak Speaker vs Speaker case on Sept 8, 2009?
Now he has taken to the podium again, this time by striking out Zaid Ibrahim's application to annul Malaysia's dirtiest by-election for the Hulu Selangor constituency. The reasons (here) he gave had not only disgraced the Judiciary system but had made Malaysia a permanent laughing stock to the whole world. However, if there is any credit to be given, he must be given the credit of being able to twist the law to suit his own  judgement. Only a person who has totally lost his conscience for justice can come up with such reasons. Only devine intervention can save the judiciary system and the country.

The Police Lied to justify its Brutality?

My faith in the police had totally vanished after witnessing what happened in front of the Amcorp Mall, PJ  during the candlelight protest against the ISA. The police had not only lied but had used these lies to justified their brutality.  ACP Arjunaidi Mohamad had lied about the sequence of events. First he lied (The Sun) that the protestors were stopped by a human barricade of Ligh Strike Force (LSF) when they moved towards Dataran Timur. Yes the barricade was there, but no one prevented the protestors from moving into the field. After a very short gathering, and singing of the National Anthem, they retreated into the car park towards the Mall. It is during this time that the LSF started their attack on the crowd, pushing them rowards the Mall. Then he lied again when he said that at 8.45pm the protestors  started to march towards Dataran Timur again. This is 100% a blatant lie. When the protestors retreated the first time, they were already trapped in the Mall, as the LSF had formed a barricade infront of the Mall entrance. And after having trapped the protestors in the Mall, the police then went in  and began to drag out innocent Malaysians, one by one, whose only crime was to want to voice their dissent against a draconian law, and their only weapon was the candle. Take a hard look at the video clip and see how these people were being dragged out like criminals, especially the young girls, shouting and screaming.
I salute those who were arrested and led out in handcuffs. I want to tell these people that there is no shame for being arrested, and there was no need to lower your heads. Hold your heads high and walk tall for we salute you for taking our place.
As for the police, it was indeed a crying shame, shame the police force and shame the country. Imagine at times, having 6 to 8 people struggling to bring one person to the black maria.
