VK Lingam is free - a mockery of the Royal Commission.

A Royal Commission was set up to investigate the hanky-panky business of the appointment of judges and the Commission has found conclusive evidence of abuse and misuse of power, especially against Lingam and in its report suggested that action be taken against Lingam and others implicated in the infamous scandal. But the AG, through the Minister in the Prime Minister Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz has got the gall to say that there was ‘no case’ against Lingam. Who the hell does he think he is? Is he more powerful than the Royal Commission, and yet by his say so, there is no case. What kind of justice do we have here? Mind you, the Royal Commission members were made up of honorable and people of caliber. This is not only a mockery but an insult on the integrity of its members. And what about the time and money spent in setting up and carrying out the investigation? Surely the AG or the minister owes us an explanation.

So let us not forget this yet another power-abuse episode. Let us keep this under the KIV files and pull it out just before the 13GE and expose ALL the injustices that have accumulated. They think we are people who “mudah lupa”. But such power abuse, discrimination, selective persecution and prosecution, we WILL NEVER FORGET.
