DPM denies brain-washing tactics of BTN

The DPM of Malaysia had blatantly denied that the BTN courses, which are compulsory for civil servants and public university undergraduates, are aimed at brain-washing and “converting” participants to the political ideology of Umno and Barisan Nasional (BN). He further added that there were no ulterior motives and that the courses were well intended. What balderdash! Let’s see what some of the students who attended the course had to say.


Seri Setia state lawmaker Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, speaking from his own experience, said they were told that PKR members were Jewish agents, that DAP was a Singapore party, while PAS was labelled a deviant movement.

Batu Caves lawmaker Amirudin Shari said a big part of the programme had nothing to do with nation building or education but was an Umno and BN race-based programme where participants are indoctrinated with propaganda about “Ketuanan Melayu”.

Another who attended a 5-day course wrote that the so-called "trainers/motivators had nothing in mind but to slam and badmouth Pakatan Rakyat or Opposition parties. Anwar was said to be a Pengkhianat Melayu and an agent to some Yahudi movement; DAP is a pure Chinese party whose main aim is to take over the country and once it does that, Malays will be sidelined; PAS was said to be the "Pemecah Melayu" and that will make the Malays in the country weak. And guess what...who was said to be the saviour of all Malaysians...UMNO and UMNO ONLY. Who else?
We were also taught to hate and not to trust the Chinese and Indians and must always remember that Malaysia is a Malay's land".

After all these testimonies, how can he still deny this brain-washing theory. To confirm this theory, all he needs to do is call up these guys and listen to their claims. Or is he scared to face the truth. Nevertheless, the fact that his own Cabinet colleague, Datuk Seri Idris Jala”s had proposed to revamp BTN courses is an acknowledgement that it DID NOT promote the 1 Malaysia concept and that there is truth in the revelations. This therefore makes the DPM, Muhyiddin a liar or he does not know his facts. Either way, its an embarrassment to have him as our DPM.
