FDI plunges because of quality investment-Mustapa

If ever marks are to be given for ingenuity, then it must be given to minister Mustapa Muhamed for coming up with the reason for the fall in FDI. He has explained away  the sharp drop (a plunge of 81%) in foreign direct investment (FDI) to Malaysia by saying the government was going for quality investments rather than quantity. So instead of admitting our setback to attract FDI, we invent a reason for our failure. I must really take my hat off to the umno/bn minsters for coming up with reasons which we intelligent people never think off. This guy must be super intelligent. So the next time our FDI surges 81%, all these investments will be of low quality, right? So lets forget about the inflow of money and keep our FDI low so as to ensure quality investment.
