EC Chairman - Cakap tak serupa Bikin

How do you expect us Malaysians to show respect for some, in fact most, of our leaders when they either flip-flop in their deliberations or show immaturity in their arguments?  In fact it is an embarrassment to have such people as leaders of our nation. Take for instance the excuses given by the EC chairman, Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof when told that the EC is not doing enough to ensure a fair and free election. First he said that the EC is not a Superman and cannot be expected to do everything. Then he cited examples from the Bible such as different parts of the body having different functions.. and concluded that  “The EC is the expert in matters of elections… for prosecution, there are better people at it ." How very true. So how come the Election Commission (EC) had the right to declare whether state seats were vacant or not thereby allowing  the three Perak state assembly persons who quit their parties to become independents to keep their seats? In your own words, you are the hand and should stick to the job of the hands. The Speaker is the mouth and it is his job to decide whether a seat is vacant or not. So how does your argument apply here? Aren't you taking the role of a superman here? Anyway, we all know how you guys in umno works. Your modus operandi is well-known. But what amazes me is that you fellos got the gall and arrogance to put aside your conscience amd look the public straight in the eyes and utter lies and half truths. And as for his response to corruption and bribery, I am still trying to decipher his views. (Read here)
