The Face of Terror
Is this the kind of image that reflects a mild and peaceful race?
Malay nationalist group Perkasa has said it is not afraid to play the race card in order to rally support for its causes. Below are some of the statements made by Ibrahim Ali (above)
"The 'Allah' issue was reflective of the “kind of disrespect” that the non-Malay leaders, particularly from the secularist DAP, have for the Malay-Muslims of this country."
What disrespect? Respect runs both ways . What! you want us Chinese to Kow Tow you. Sheeeesh!
"We have Lim Kit Siang and Lim Guan Eng stepping on the pictures of the two Perak Malay lawmakers. If they want to step on the pictures of Chinese photos, it’s up to them but never do it to the Malays,”
Who the hell do you think you are? Similarly, If you want to tear the picture of the malay photos, its up to you but never do it to the Chinese. Moreover the DAP leaders had apologised. Have you?
Ibrahim used all these examples to back his claims that the Malay position as the ruling and dominant race, which he claims is enshrined in the Federal Constitution, is being degraded by the non-Malay opposition leaders.
Go back to school and read the constitution again. Has your brain gone south?
“The Malays have been tolerant enough. God willing, we will lead the Malays against them."
If the above is not enough to charge Ibrahim Ali under sedition (compared with Guan Eng's statement that Boon Hock was murdered) then the police is really beyond redemption.

Who is the Boss?
I really dont get it. Who is in charge of running the affairs of Selangor? Without a doubt it is the PKR coalition. But it seems the umno is running the show through the proxy of the police, the macc and the judiciary. There had been numerous cases of selective enforcement of the same law. The umno/bn organised protests were allowed to go on with little or no intervention by the police, but the moment the PKR holds a protest, even a cermah, the police are right on the spot to stop the event. The stoppage of Anwar's latest cermah is a typical case in point.
Is the Selangor state governement totally parallised to do anything? Granted that the police has to do its duties, but can't the Selangor government demand that they carry out their duties fairly? It is so open and apparent that the police are unfair and unjust. Has the State Assemby no power to haul up the police and demand an explanation? What about the Parlaiment? Can't the MPs, especially of the Opposition demand an explanation from the Home Ministry with regard to the discriminatory treatment? If these state of affairs persists, then the PKR will eventually lose all the states it controls. Heed Raja Petra's warning.

Second Finance Minister - Wrong to leave the Country.
The second finance Minister, Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah had criticised Malaysians who have emigrated from the country, saying it was “wrong” and insinuating that they were betraying the sacrifices of their forefathers. In his speech, here, when launching the Annual Real Estate Agent Convention 2010 at PWTC, he said “our forefathers settled here because they believed that their children would have a future in Malaysia."
'Our children have a future? sheeesh!" His children WILL have a future no doubt but not for the many thousands who have been deprived of better education and better job opportunities.
This guy Ahmad Husni must really be Jurrasic. He doesn't know what is happpening in the country. He talks on and on about house ownership, but left out the all important aspects of treating everyone equal, walk the talk, and freedom to call God in your own way. Hey Ahmad, read Lim Mun Fah's "Restore fairness first! here before you brand those who leave the country as betrayers.

Whose Allah?
Aljazeera explores the Allah controversy with a debate featuring Pas MP Khalid Samad, social activist Marina Mahathir and Abim's Yusri Mohamad.
Muhyiddin, please tell people the truth.
After having declared that the government cannot prevent people from demonstrating, resulting in the assault of churches and a silk temple, our leaders are going round doing damage control. One English daily quoted the deputy PM as saying in London that he received many sms from Sabah and Sarawak Christians that 'things that had happened would not have happened in the first instance if they, the Christians had 'just agreed not to use the word "Allah". It is really shocking that he has made such a statement, as it is the government who started it all when the previous home minister first put a ban on the use of the word. Many readers of the net have also come to the conclusion that things that had happened would not have happened in the first instance if they, the government people, especially Syed Akbar, had just said we are not going to raise the issue. The Sabah & Sarawak Christians are very angry with the government's stand and had indicated in no uncertain terms their anger as can be read here, here, here and here., and many more.
He may be able to hoodwink with his words and government controlled media, but in the end, the people will find out the truth through the internet.

Is our Country without PM and Deputy PM at the same time?
The Prime Minister is in Saudi Arabia and the Deputy is in England. So who is minding the store? The nation is without a head at the moment and if there is an attack, we are doomed. Isn't there a policy that the PM and the deputy PM must not leave the country at the same time. Now the chicken is headless, leaving the affairs of the state to all the green horns who are still wet behind the ears , and if there is an attack, the body parts will run helter skelter.
This also shows how serious our two top leaders treat the present 'Allah' crisis. With the churches and temples still being damaged, they still have the peace of mind to go round the world. And to add salt to injury, our home minister still maintains that the situation is under control. Everytime he says the situation is under control another place of worship is desecrated. So please stop saying that and maybe the attack will stop.

The Attack on Churches continues.
Let’s imagine a hypothetical situation.
A gives a gun to B who is known to be an emotional and hot-tempered person. B’s emotion is aroused in a given situation and shoots C. A says he is not responsible and should not be blamed.
Now let’s look at a real life scenario.
The PM said that he cannot prevent people from protesting over the Allah issue. Everyone knows (I don’t know why he doesn’t) that the issue is a very sensitive one and that when emotion runs high, violence is bound to break out. Yet he allows the emotional and hot-tempered people to demonstrate, resulting in the torching of 7 churches (todate) and threat and intimidation of a few individuals. Then the PM said Umno must not be blamed. Well if Umno should not be blamed then he himself must accept the blame. But he is Umno chief and together with the Home Minister’s permission (which he later denied), the responsibility points to nowhere else except Umno. It is the same situation as the hypothetical one.
Even the police had contributed to the resultant violence. Where were the tear gas and water canons to disperse the demonstrators. The IGP warned about assembling without permit but the assembly had taken place, but where was the action? Compared to the shouting and yelling of the demonstrators in the mosque compound , we the peaceful and quiet candlelight vigilers were chased, harassed and arrested for holding candles in the confined of the PJ Civic centre.
The attack continued with 2 more churches (one in Taiping and one in Melaka) being attacked. So far no arrest has been made. The police are not only clueless but have even asked churches to maintain their own security. What do you want us to do? Fight them and kill or be killed? Or you want us to sweet talk to these gangsters and terrorists.

The Prime Minister and Home Minister say OK to Demonstration.
As a 70 year old with multiple health conditions, I have been advised by my doctors to try my utmost to keep calm in all situations. However when I read that the Home Ministry has given the green light for the demonstrators to take to the streets to protest against the use of the word ‘Allah’ and that our dear 1Malaysia Prime Minister has also given the go ahead to protest, I just have to take the risk and let my anger take its toll. (However in his latest statement, the Hm has denied making such statement and as usual claimed that he has been misquoted, especially by the bloggers.) Although the minister admitted that it is a sensitive issue and may explode into violence and yet he allows it. What kind of reasoning is that? The HM further stated that when the situation turns violent, he would take action. Another stupid reasoning. So when property is destroyed, business comes to a standstill and maybe lives lost, then and only then action will be taken. How not to be angry with this kind of reasoning? Moreover the High court had granted a stay of execution on the ruling and the Catholics had magnanimously agreed to the stay for the sake of peace. And yet the Government allows the demonstration to proceed. If this is not inciting trouble and riot, I don’t know what is. Shit! Shit! and double shit! And to think that the peaceful candlelight vigilers consisting of old men, women and children were being chased, harassed and arrested for just holding candlelights. ‘ Stop talking about 1 Malaysia, stop talking about people first and stop all the rhetoric about living together in peace and harmony. After 52 years we have come to this stage of disharmony. Sheeesh! and all because umno wants to remain in power - to the extent of ruining the country.
The police is however consistent with its policy and has warned against any demonstration and action would be taken against those involved. Saying is one thing but whether action will be taken is another. Their past action or rather inaction against umno supporters has put a big question mark in their willingness to punish those whom they love.

Beware of games Offered by Sponsors
There is an advertisement in the Malaysian Insider Website that warrants a second look before jumping in for the fun of it. It is a sponsored linked advertisement entitled 'How Smart Are You?" It looks innocent and there was no mention of any charges. You are first given a picture of several triangles and are asked to determine the number of triangles. The moment you clicked on the answer, you are directed to another site with further questions. At the end of 10 questions, you are to click an sms number to know your score and the level of your IQ. The moment you do this, you are automatically registered as a subscriber. And if you later read the T & C which was hidden unless you scroll and look for them, you will notice that you have already paid for the sms and will further have to pay RM4 for each future sms or RM12 per week. And if you want to terminate your membership you need to send another sms to do that which involves another charge. Think of the number of people who are caught unaware and the amount of money to get in and out. Whether this is a scam or not, I'll leave to the readers to judge. As for me, I am angry with myself for being gullible and stupid.

Doesn't Allah have a say ? Let's Berdoa and listen.
From Dr. Mahathir –
“ The High Court’s decision allowing a Catholic weekly publication to use the term “Allah” must be
governed by strict conditions. What I am afraid of is that the term ‘Allah’ might be used in such a way that could inflame the anger of Muslims, if they were to use it on banners or write something that might not reflect Islam.”
From Syed Hassan Syed Ali, secretary-general of Malay rights group Pribumi Perkasa told AFPHe -
"The court decision is not right and we are planning to hold a major demonstration to protest this”.
From the Northern Perak state mufti Harussani Zakaria -"an insult to Muslims in this country,"
From Wanita Umno leader, Sharizat -
"Actually, non-Muslims in the country accept the fact that the word 'Allah' belongs to Muslims. I am concerned that the issue can 'explode' if not handled wisely and with utmost care
And finally, from the former Sekagor MB, Toyo -.
“"I am very saddened as a Muslim over the judgment in allowing the Catholic church to use the word Allah in their weekly publication. Allah is only for Muslims.
Now that all these insignificant mortals have apparently taken the role of spokesmen for Allah, can we ask these religious ‘experts’ to take a step back and consider Allah’s feeling and what He would want to say. If you believe in Allah then you should allow Allah to speak to you.
Do you think Allah would want to put conditions when we call his name. If someone misuses his name, wouldn’t he be the one to judge and to punish?
Do you think Allah would want you to take to the streets to demonstrate which would probably lead to violence? Do you really think a loving Allah would want this to happen? The Christians believe that vengeance belongs to God (Allah) and He does not need any help. His plans and his punishment will come in due time, when you least expect it, as we have seen how evil and dishonorable men had been dealt with.
How can you propagate Islam if you confine the usage of Allah to Muslims? Instead of being saddened by the judgement, Muslims should welcome it, considering it as a mean to evangelize.
These people are so bogged down with pride and the kiasu metality that they don’t even stop to ponder how Allah is feeling in this conflict. Fighting over the word and saying that Muslims may be confused are just excuses. I am sure their faith is much stronger than to be deterred by a mere usage of a word.

Allah will be crying his eyes out if the issue over his name "EXPLODE"
"Actually, non-Muslims in the country accept the fact that the word 'Allah' belongs to Muslims. I am concerned that the issue can 'explode' if not handled wisely and with utmost care." so said Wanita Umno leader, Sharizat. As I said earlier, its the leaders that are stirring up trouble and here is another one. Why can't they let the issue rest? It is not now that the Catholics are asking that the word "Allah" be used. It has been used since the Herald was first published. So why kick up a fuss now? The only reason I can think of is the kiasu attitude of the Umnos. They just don't want to lose. They are even prepared to sacrifice peace and harmoney just to feel the power. Btw what survey did she do to conclude that the non-Malays accept the fact that the word 'Allah' belongs to Muslim? Actually the non-Malays do not mind whoever uses the word 'Allah' as long as it is from the heart. Hey you Umno people, read this article here, and I further reiterate that we the non-Malays don't want power, 'we are no threat to this country, economically or politically. We are the minorities, we don’t aspire to govern the country, even the opposition wins the next election, Prime Minister will still be a Malay". We just want a fair govt to treat us as Malaysians, and play no racial or religious politics to divide all of US. Comprende?
The Allah issue - Battle rages on.
The Home Minister said that he would appeal against the decision made by the High Court to allow the Herald to use the word 'Allah' in its publication. I would like to ask the Home Minister who he is Home Minister to? Is he the Home Minister to the just the Umnos and a small number of Muslims whose faith is so week that the use of the word 'Allah' can confuse them . Isn't he the Home Minister for ALL Malaysians. So why is he going to appeal ? Can he then appeal for the Catholics if the decision is later overturned? For the life of me, I can't fathom how the use of the word can be a threat to national security. This is paranoia in the highest degree! The only way the usage becomes a threat is when people like Pasir Salak MP Datuk Tajuddin Abdul Rahman, who said the High Court's decision would not solve anything but only ignite racial and religious tension. How can there be racial and religious tension if Tajuddin and people like him dont raise the issue and make the suggestion of dissentment? As a matter of fact, most of these racial and religious issues are raised by the so called Umno leaders whilst the ordinary folks are quite happy to let matters be. The judge has made a decision in accordance with the Federal Constitution. Is Tajuuddin or the Home Minister more learned that the judge in interpreting the Constitution? The only incitement and threat to national security here is Tajuddin's statement and that is tantamount to sedition and warrants an immediate entry into Kamunting. Others had been detained and sent to Kamunting on lesser charges than this.
