INVASION OF PRIVACY

Petaling-20110718-01045
In a blatant invasion of privacy, the police arrested four people on holiday in Cameron Highlands by entering their hotel room at 1am on Sunday. The reason for the arrest: they were wearing Bersih t-shirts inside their hotel room. Those arrested were Seputeh MP’s Teresa Kok’s aide Teh Hoong Keat, 25; Lan Suet Ling, 23; Chin Kah Wai, 25; and a mutual acquaintance who requested anonymity.

The Cool Point Hotel
And the hotel they were staying is the COOL POINT HOTEL.

WELL FOLKS, YOU CAN COME TO YOUR OWN CONCLUSION.
BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU WEAR YOUR BERSIH T- SHIRTS, EVEN IF IN YOUR OWN HOME. WHAT LAW ARE WE FOLLOWING NOW????? FOR GOODNESS SAKE!
AND BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU STAY WHEN YOU ARE VISITING CAMERON HIGHLANDS.

For BEST Editing - the award goes to ........

THIS IS WHAT THE POLICE WANTS US, ESPECIALLY THE RURAL FOLKS, TO SEE.
(Have a good laugh as you watch the water canon "pissing")

BUT THIS IS WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED WITHOUT ANY EDITING OR DOCTORING

ABDUL RAZAK ENDUT - A TRUE PATRIOT

Lies slammed: Bersih photos doctored to portray violence
The caption read: “Seorang perusuh membawa pisau dalam perhimpunan haram” (A rioter brings a knife to illegal rally)
Another caption reads "Perusuh guna senjata, batu, lawan polis” (Rioters use weapons, rocks to fight police)."

This is what The New Straits Times and Berita Minggu want the public to see and read  - a heavily-built man in a white T-shirt with a black cloth wrapped around his face, throwing something at the police. Such doctoring of the photographs and falsification of a PAS Unit Amal volunteer as a violent 709 protestor armed with knife when he was holding a Malaysian flag and not throwing rocks at police, must be condemned in the strongest  possible terms. If the papers and their journalists can sink so low as to doctor a photograph so as to convey a distorted interpretation of the action, then the papers have indeed loss all credibility to be a news media, and thereby should be boycotted by the people.  Once you have lied, you will lie again.
And this was what Abdul Razak Endut actually carried

NOW LETS HEAR FROM HIS OWN MOUTH- HIS FEELINGS AND ANGER

Soi Lek, Tiong Lai - You have eyes but dont see, have ears but dont hear, have mouths but speak with forked tongues.

Soi Lek and his Deputy, Tiong Lai in the MCA have really put themselves and the whole MCA to shame for denying that the police had shot water canon and tear gas into the Tung Shin hospital compound. even though there were video, photographic and creditable human witnesses who said otherwise.
Chua said the situation should be viewed “in totality”, pointing out that the police would be accused of not doing their job had they decided against dispersing the crowd of protesters that had run into the hospital." So if the protestors were to hold the patients or staff as hostages, you would also recommend that the police rush in. Is it, my dear doctor?
You call yourself a doctor and the President of MCA, read the Geneva Convention with regards to the sanctity of the hospital. Moreover did the protestors hold any patient or anyone to ransom? If a person who is hurt and cannot get assistance from a hospital, then where then can he get help? from the police? What were they doing when Baharuddin was struggling for life?  I suggest you spend the next 7/24 watching all the videos and photographs on the Bersih rally. Read also the write-ups and experiences of those who attended the rally and if you are still not touched by their stories, you must really have a heart of stone. Maybe you should allow your children access to all these and then ask them for their reactions.

Bersih Rally - Tung Shin Hospital being Attacked by Water Canon and Tear Gas

bersih rally 090711 police shooting into tung shin hospital front image

A picture (2 here) is worth more than a thousand words. When KL Acting Police chief, Amar Singh was asked about the shooting of tear gas into the Tung Shin hospital, he denied it. He said he was there and saw the whole incident. But when asked about the water canon, he said he can't remember and when told of photographic evidence, he said he will "check and see".  Mr. Amar Singh, we are now waiting for you to check and see and hope that you will let the public know the outcome of your investigation. To refresh your memory, the Geneva Convention of 1949 states that even during war time, no one should attack hospitals, and we not even at war.

Oi, where are the people who always shout DERHAKA?

The King has granted permission for Bersih to gather in a stadium. Our home minister says Bersih is still illegal and asked Bersih to apply via another platform. Let's say Bersih applies using the name "Jernih", but the King allows Bersih and not Jernih. Then the police will say the King allowed Bersih and there's no Jernih, so no permission. So in the end no rally , even in the stadium and we are back to square one.  But what is clear in this episode is that the home minister has overstepped his powers and questioned the advice and instructions of the King. What do you call that which umno and Perkasa were so keen to use on others - DERHAKA . Compared to the PSM members who are now detained under EO, who is more Derhaka? Hisham has openly declared his defiance against the King with his "just because Tuanku met them, doesn't mean they are no longer illegal". So now he is saying that the King is in cahoot with an illegal party, for he has declared that anyone, anything that is associated or connected with Bersih has broken the law and will be arrested. Where are the people, like Perkasa, who are always shouting Dehaka? And where is Ibrahim Ali who questioned the King for meeting with Bersih? I guess he realised he had said a word too many and has thus decided to stay at home and instruct his followers to take a stroll in K.L.

The EC-on Denial mode , The Police- the real Cause of loss business.

Wan Ahmad of the Election Commission claims that the Electoral roll of the EC is clean and the EC is acting fair and just.
Well, how do you interpret PM's "Gua tolong lu, Lu tolong gua" ?
And " if the BN (Barisan Nasional) candidate won, there will be sufficient funds channeled to the constituency." (the Ulu Selangor By-election)
And the Commission (EC) chairperson Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof refused to take a stand on whether dishing out 'goodies' in election campaigns flouts election law
Furthermore, how do you explain that the address where the mother of PKR Vice President, Azmin stays, suddenly has 10 new names?
And with the latest by blogger, Perisiki Rakyat, who revealed that 60 “dubious” names have been registered under an address in Permatang Pauh, Penang. According to the blogger, of the 60 voters, 51 are Malays and the rest Indians.
And how can you unilaterally say that there is no necessity to remove the names of those who are dead from the electoral roll?
All these are indications that the EC is bias and the electoral roll is tainted. And all Bersih wants is to clean up the dirt and for the EC to take a stand on corruption and bribery. What is so wrong with that? Sensible people knows that there is nothing wrong with that. But umno and the present government know that the moment the 8 demands of Bersih are accepted and implemented, then that's the end of umno.
All these excuses of business interruption, rioting and property
damage are mere hogwash. With or without the Bersih Rally, the police have already decided to set up road blocks into the city. So with the setting up of road blocks , isn't the police are themselves actually causing the loss of business. And with the use of water canons and tear gas, isn't the police contributing to the damage of property? And the business community are blaming Bersih for loss of revenue. On the other hand if the rally were allowed to proceed with proper police supervision, the business community will benefit the most. Business will double or even tripled, as the walkers will need to buy caps, umbrellas, water, food, etc. etc. Come on, put on your thinking caps.

A YANG BERHORMAT, A PROMINENT HEART SURGEON - HANDCUFFED AND THROWN INTO A CAGED POLICE TRUCK FOR WEARING YELLOW.

LOOK AT THE WAY THE POLICE TREATED DR. LEE. MIND YOU, ON TOP OF BEING A YANG BERHORMAT, HE IS ALSO A CARDIOLOGIST, A HEART SURGEON. WHO ARE THESE BASTARDS TO TREAT AN EMINENT PERSON THIS WAY- TO BE HANDCUFFED JUST FOR WEARING YELLOW AND THEN DUMPED INTO A CAGED POLICE TRUCK LIKE A COMMON CRIMINAL. HIS HANDS ALONE HOLD THE KEY TO YOUR LIFE. PRAY THAT ONE DAY YOU DON'T LIE IN THE OPERATING THEATRE LOOKING UP AT DR. LEE. PROBABLY YOU'LL DIE ON SEEING HIM, OUT OF FEAR, RATHER FROM THE OPERATION..
