The Hypocrisy of One Malaysia

At the Archbishop of Kuala Lumpur’s Christmas , Najib said
"It is for us to come together, for us to feel that we belong to one nation, one people with one vision, and that is for us to march forward together to develop a truly prosperous, harmonious and successful 21st century nation.” He further added,
"In today's world where a small group of extremists has drowned the voices of reason and common sense and hijacked the agenda of peace and moderation, it is important for the moderates in every faith - Muslims, Christians, Hindus and Buddhists - among us to speak up to reclaim our rightful place and the moral high ground.”
Now for the HYPOCRICY
In one fell swoop, Najib’s aides destroyed any ‘spirit of goodwill and joy’ during Christmas. The aides had instructed the church to remove all christians symbols, like the cross, not to sing carols and not to quote from the scriptures. Is this the practice of the moderates that Najib was talking about?
Betul betul cakap tak serupa bikin. Najib cannot deny that he did not know what his aides were doing. Najib had done this too often in the past to plead ignorance now. The contradiction between him and Utusan Melayu is too obvious, but he just let it pass. Similarly his silence over Perkasa dissenting views is another example.
However the denial by the Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM)  that it never received any official directive from the Prime Minister's Office to remove crucifixes from the Christmas event attended by Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak on Dec 25 was the greatest betrayal of the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross.
The open denial by the CFM executive secretary Tan Kong Beng, is synonymous to Judas betrayal for 30 pieces of gold. In his case, maybe a datukship. May the cock crows three times to make him realise his betrayal. May God have mercy on us, Mr. Tan.
